Arrive to Girona in the afternoon, check-in to the hotel and enjoy some time to settle in. Get your bike set up if you've brought yours with you or test out your rental for the next few days. Meet the group and head out for dinner together.
Marta hosts the first ride of the weekend: it's a 60 to 70 km spin designed to bring the group together, find the rhythm, and get a first taste of the roads she trains on, with of course some great cafe stops. Back in Girona, Marta will lead an optional pilates session, tailored for towards cyclists. The evening continues in the old town. We come together for a relaxed dinner, continue getting to know each other, sharing stories, and settling into the weekend ahead.
After breakfast, we head out with Marta for a morning ride of around 70-80km, exploring some of her favourite local roads and gravel sections around Girona. The ride finishes at La Fàbrica, one of Girona’s most iconic cycling cafés, where the group gathers for coffee and a chance to relax after the morning on the bike. The afternoon is left open to rest, explore Girona or enjoy the café culture at your own pace. In the evening, we regroup at Velodrom Odeon (the cycling cultural hub of Girona) for a "fireside" chat Marta. She shares her journey in professional racing, stories from the road, and reflections.
After breakfast, we set out for the final ride of the weekend, heading towards the Costa Brava. The route is designed to be enjoyable and social, taking in quiet roads, open views and the changing landscape as we move from inland Girona towards the coast. We'll have lunch and be back for people to depart in the afternoon - or you can extend your stay for an extra night if you'd like some more time in Girona.
